Dear Customer,
We want to alert you to a situation regarding our Ultimate Bed Products.
It has come to our attention that our Ultimate Bed and printed material has been copied
by a counterfeiter, and that these counterfeit products are being offered on the internet in a
manner that can easily confuse and deceive the public into thinking they are actually dealing
with us, the Ultimate Bed Manufacturer, while in reality they are dealing with a counterfeiter!
This is a deliberate, deceitful misrepresentation of the truth to the public.
You can identify this counterfeiter by comparing the photos and discriptive materials on their
website with our website. If they are similar, ask them the following questions:
1. Do you own the factory that makes your bed? (They have no factory)
2. How long have you been selling your bed? (Since January of 2006)
3. How does your bed differ from the Anderson Ultimate Bed? (Misleading differences)
4. Are all your products available for immediate delivery? (They have no stock)
Our company (Anderson Mfg. Co.) is the one and only manufacturer of the Ultimate Bed,
which we invented, developed, refined, and patented over the course of many years. We
produce this product in a multi-million dollar, highly automated, state-of-the-art factory.
Counterfeiting, plagiarism, and patent infringement are all very serious crimes, punishable by
law. We want you to know that we intend to prosecute this counterfeiter, and their supplier,
if any, utilizing the full force of a major law firm, to the fullest extent of the law. If you have
